On Thursday, April 10, former Ardrey Kell High School standout Jacob Kirby’s current college team, the North Carolina Tar Heels, won 11-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Wake Forest Deacons.

The game took place at Cary C. Boshamer Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Deacons this season.

The Tar Heels’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 6 p.m. at Cary C. Boshamer Stadium against Wake Forest Deacons.
