On Saturday, April 5, former East Mecklenburg High School standouts Brantley Truitt and Trey Truitt’s current college team, the UNC Greensboro Spartans, won 5-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the East Tennessee State Buccaneers.

The game took place at Thomas Baseball Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Buccaneers this season.
