On Sunday, April 13, former East Mecklenburg High School standouts Brantley Truitt and Trey Truitt’s current college team, the UNC Greensboro Spartans, won 4-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Wofford Terriers.

The game took place at UNCG Baseball Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Terriers this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15 at 6 p.m. at Walter C. Latham Park against Elon Phoenix.
