Five Carolina Panthers players did not participate in Wednesday’s practice, though there was some improvement on defense as linebacker Trevin Wallace returned. Wallace, who had been sidelined for the past two games due to a shoulder injury, was a full participant in the session.

The Panthers reported that linebacker Christian Rozeboom (hip/hamstring) continued to be absent from practice. In total, five players missed Wednesday’s walk-through ahead of Sunday’s game against the Rams. The team noted that participation levels were estimations since the session was technically a walk-through.

Center Cade Mays (ankle), guard Chandler Zavala (calf), cornerback Jaycee Horn (concussion), and linebacker Claudin Cherelus (concussion) also did not take part. Mays was already unavailable for Sunday’s previous game, while Zavala, Horn, and Cherelus sustained their injuries during the matchup at San Francisco. Both Horn and Cherelus are required to be cleared by an independent neurologist before returning.

The Panthers’ schedule for the 2025 regular season is available on their official site. For further details on player statuses and roster updates, fans can consult the team’s injury report, depth chart, and roster.
