Charlotte FC is set to host Toronto FC at the Bank of America Stadium on Saturday, July 26. This match will be their second encounter this season, following a previous victory by Charlotte with a score of 2-0 in May at BMO Field.

The teams have met seven times before in regular-season matches, with an even record of 3-3-1. The upcoming match kicks off at 7:30 p.m. ET and can be watched on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV or listened to via WFNZ 92.7 FM in English and WOLS 106.1 FM in Spanish.

Charlotte FC enters the game riding a four-match unbeaten streak and aims to continue their upward trajectory in the MLS standings. “We’re building toward the end of our season, and the goal is to be in playoffs and to be a really competitive team,” said Dean Smith during his press conference.

Wilfried Zaha has been pivotal for Charlotte’s success, contributing goals or assists in seven consecutive matches. He currently leads the club with six goals and eight assists for the season, five of which were game-winning assists.

The team remains unbeaten in their last four home games, reinforcing Bank of America Stadium as a challenging venue for visiting teams. This weekend’s fixture will be crucial for Charlotte FC as they seek to solidify their position as contenders within the Eastern Conference.
