Parking for the match between Charlotte FC and New York City FC will open at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 12. The ticket office and supporters tailgate, located at 703 McNinch St, will begin operations at 3:30 p.m. Season Ticket Members (STM) can access the stadium early through the Blue Cross NC East Gate starting at 5:30 p.m., but entry before 6:00 p.m. is limited to STMs only.

The team store inside the stadium will be accessible from 5:30 p.m., while general gates open at 6:00 p.m. Fans are encouraged to participate in the Supporters March set for 6:30 p.m., followed by warm-ups at 6:50 p.m.

A pre-match show is scheduled for 7:30 p.m., and attendees are advised to be seated early to enjoy it. The game kickoff is slated for 7:40 p.m., with a unified match taking place approximately twenty minutes after the main event concludes.

Attendees should ensure their mobile tickets are ready for display upon entering their seats.
