On Friday, April 4, former Charlotte Catholic High School standout Mitchell Salvino’s current college team, the Wake Forest Deacons, lost 5-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Florida State Seminoles.

The game took place at Mike Martin Field at Dick Howser Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Seminoles this season.
