On Saturday, April 5, former Myers Park High School standout Max Perry’s current college team, the VMI Keydets, lost 13-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Mercer Bears.

The game took place at Lamore Field at Gray-Minor Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Bears this season.

The Keydets’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 9 at 6 p.m. at Lamore Field at Gray-Minor Stadium against Radford Highlanders.
