On Sunday, May 4, former Charlotte Christian School standout Wynne Gore’s current college team, the North Carolina State Wolfpack, lost 8-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Auburn Tigers.
The game took place at Jane B. Moore Field. This was their second matchup against the Tigers this season.

Charlotte FC has named its starting lineup for the upcoming match against Austin FC, scheduled for March 8, 2026, at Bank of America Stadium.
