On Wednesday, April 9, former South Mecklenburg High School standout Kewan Braziel’s current college team, the Alcorn State Braves, lost 29-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Ole Miss Rebels.

The game took place at Swayze Field. This was their first matchup against the Rebels this season.

The Braves’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 6 p.m. at Lee-Hines Stadium against Southern Jaguars.
