Town of Mint Hill recently issued the following announcement.

Mint Hill Annual Christmas Tree Lighting and Parade

Starts: Dec 7th, 2019 5:30 pm

5:30 pm Parade

7:00 pm Annual Christmas Tree Lighting

The Town of Mint Hill and the Mint Hill Chamber of Commerce will sponsor the Town's first Christmas parade prior to the Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. Join us downtown for a special nighttime parade featuring local businesses, organizations, bands and of course, Santa. The parade will travel down Matthews-Mint Hill Road from Bain School to the Mint Hill Library. Santa will leave after the parade and return to Town Hall for the Annual Christmas Tree Lighting.

After the parade, join us at Town Hall for the Town's Annual Christmas Tree Lighting sponsored by Atrium. Santa will be present to hear how wonderful the children of Mint Hill have been and make note of all their lists. We will have delicious cookies from Daphne's for all to enjoy.

Bring a toy to support the Mint Hill Police Department's Toy Drive supporting Pat's Place Child Advocacy Center of Charlotte.
