Charlotte Fire Department issued the following announcement on Nov. 19.
Charlotte Fire would like to congratulate Christopher Formyduval for his promotion to the rank of Captain. Captain Formyduval has been a member of the Charlotte Fire Department since March 23, 2015 & served at Fire Station 39.
