Amber McFall, MBA, Director of Finance, Honeywell
Amber McFall serves as Director of Finance for Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS), a business unit within the Safety and Productivity Solutions arm of Honeywell, located in Charlotte, NC. In this role, she is responsible for the financial management aspects of the PSS, reporting to the CFO. She drives finance transformation and digitization of reporting as well as analytics platforms that streamline insights and decision making. Amber joined Honeywell in January 2021.
Prior to joining Honeywell, Amber served in roles of increasing responsibility at Albemarle Corporation, a specialty chemical manufacturer located in Charlotte, NC. During her 5-year career with Albemarle, she held positions within Corporate FP&A supporting the Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, and General Counsel. Most recently Amber was the Global Business Process Owner of Record to Report, supporting a global footprint of shared service centers.
Prior to Albemarle, Amber served in varying roles with Nova Wildcat Amerock, a PE backed portfolio of brands divested from Newell Rubbermaid, Newell Rubbermaid, and Lowe’s Companies, Inc.
Kimm Korber, HR Executive
Kimm has extensive Human Resources (HR) experience engaging with employees and leaders across all levels in industries including Manufacturing (industrial equipment, polymers, chemicals, oil & gas, and specialty steel) and Engineering Services (process design and global project execution). His early career includes employee and labor relations roles with Shell Oil Company and ARMCO Advanced Materials, then leading the US HR organization for 18 years with the M&G Group. Kimm came to Charlotte in 2019 joining Albemarle Corporation as VPHR for the Engineering and Project Execution organization. He currently volunteers in support of service members transitioning from active duty and engages in pro bono work for NPOs. Kimm’s driving purpose is partnering with organizations and individuals who are committed to increasing leadership impact and creating better alignment between culture and strategy.
Nicole Higginbotham, SHPR, Chief People & Engagement Officer, Abount Health
Nicole Higginbotham, SPHR, is a commercially minded, strategic Human Resources executive with demonstrated success in the design and execution of human capital strategies that enable critical business outcomes. She has a passion for coaching leaders, teams and organizations in their pursuit of excellence.
Chris Hagood, Chief Executive Officer, Kudos Strategies
Chris Hagood consistently delivers impactful, transformational strategies that identify diverse human capital needs while strategically matching those needs with proven solutions. Prior to leading Kudos Strategies, Chris served as an executive-level trusted advisor to both C-suite, senior leaders, and board members. He spent time as a member and leader of high performing teams at Dell, Gallup, Press Ganey, and Prime Chief of Staff. Chris has always been passionate about delivering workable solutions that generate results and ensure that the right people are fit for the right work. He holds a B.S. in Business Management, an MBA, and has been a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach since 2015.
