CMPD has two additional pay incentives for current and prospective officers. Beginning in 2023, officers assigned to 2nd and 3rd shifts will receive shift differential pay as a salary increase of 2.5%.
Also, officers with eligible military service will receive a 5% incentive, equivalent to the education incentive for an associate’s degree.
