A life-changing moment this morning for a Charlotte mom and her daughter. Three years ago circumstances looked bleak for Paulina and Andrea Moscoso. They had left Ecuador for a better life and were soon faced with tragedy after barely surviving a deadly car wreck that left young Andrea paralyzed. Medical bills began to pile up and Paulina was struggling to pay them. Paulina sought help from Camino Health Center who was able to schedule her a job interview. On the day of the interview, her car wouldn’t start. Camino stepped in again, providing her a ride to the interview. After securing the job, the next challenge was to find reliable transportation. Camino reached out to their community partners and Scott Clark Nissan came through with a new car. Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is proud to have teamed up with Camino & Scott Clark Nissan to provide life-changing help to Ms. Moscoso and her daughter.
