The Panthers have added two more players to the active/physically unable to perform (PUP) list. The latest additions are rookie cornerback Chau Smith-Wade, this year's fifth-round pick, and wide receiver Cam Sims. Players listed on the PUP list can be activated at any time.

On Friday, four other players were placed on the list: outside linebackers D.J. Wonnum and Amaré Barno, offensive tackle Yosh Nijman, and rookie wide receiver Jalen Coker. Additionally, rookie running back Jonathon Brooks was placed on the active/non-football injury (NFI) list due to a knee injury sustained last November. Since Brooks' injury occurred before his NFL career began, he was assigned to the NFI list rather than the PUP list.

Veterans are scheduled to report to camp next Tuesday, with practice commencing next Wednesday.
