The Panthers are preparing for their Fan Fest practice at Clemson on Thursday night, which will serve as an intra-squad scrimmage. "We're going to go there as a team," Canales said.

Practice ended with a disputed play involving new wide receiver Deven Thompkins, highlighting the competitive nature fostered by keeping score during drills. "The thing that you'll learn about these competitors out here is it's just got to have a score, and all of a sudden, these guys just go crazy," Canales explained.
