CHARLOTTE – Panthers football continues to make an impact on and off the field as the team looks forward to the start of the 2024 season.

Before the start of Back Together Saturday at Bank of America Stadium, the Panthers kicked off their fifth season of Kicks for Kids with Morris-Jenkins. Kicks for Kids is a community initiative with the Carolina Panthers and Morris-Jenkins to raise funds throughout the season to be donated to Atrium Health Levine Children's Hospital.

"Morris-Jenkins is ready for another year of Kicks for Kids and looking forward to seeing how much we raise for Levine Children's with the Panthers field goals this year," said Jonathan Bancroft, Morris-Jenkins President and CEO.

Levine Children's Hospital received $7,500 following the field goal competition on the field before the Panthers began practice in front of fans for Back Together Saturday. Panthers mascot Sir Purr began the field goal competition followed by Morris-Jenkins technician JD Scott, and Panthers kicker Eddy Piñeiro.

"Generosity from community partners like Morris-Jenkins and the Carolina Panthers is shaping pediatric healthcare outcomes for so many families in and around Charlotte. We continue to be grateful for their passion and unwavering commitment," said Kellie McGregor, Assistant Vice President at Atrium Health Foundation.

Fundraising efforts will continue to grow as Levine Children's Hospital will receive a $1,000 donation for every field goal made at Panthers home games during the 2024 regular season.
