Tepper Sports & Entertainment (TSE) has announced the appointment of Eric Sudol as its new Chief Revenue Officer. Sudol is set to officially join TSE on January 6, 2025, where he will be responsible for managing all revenue-generating departments across TSE's entities, including the Carolina Panthers (NFL), Charlotte FC (MLS), and Bank of America Stadium. He will report directly to Kristi Coleman, who was recently appointed as CEO of TSE.
Sudol transitions to TSE from his role with the Dallas Cowboys, where he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Partnership Sales and Services. During his tenure, he played a key role in establishing the Cowboys as leaders in NFL sponsorship revenue by doubling their revenue and spearheading a successful sales campaign for The Star, the team's practice facility and mixed-use development.
"Eric brings an impressive track record from his time in the NFL," stated Kristi Coleman, CEO of Tepper Sports & Entertainment. "As we continue to expand and deliver exceptional sports and entertainment experiences for our fans and partners, his proven success in enhancing sales and driving revenue growth will be a valuable asset."
In addition to his work with the Cowboys Ownership, Sudol also held the position of CEO at ProStar Energy Solutions. Under his leadership, ProStar transformed into a comprehensive energy solutions provider before being sold to Crete United.
"Tepper Sports & Entertainment is an organization deeply committed to the community and its fans," said Sudol. "I'm excited to join a team that consistently pushes the boundaries of creativity and excellence in everything it does. With a shared vision of enhancing fan and partner relationships, driving revenue expansion, and optimizing sales strategies, I look forward to contributing to the organization's continued growth and success."
Sudol's career with the Cowboys also included serving as Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships at Legends. In this capacity, he led global sales efforts that resulted in major sponsorship deals at venues like Allegiant Stadium, SoFi Stadium, Los Angeles FC among others—many achieving record-setting revenues.
Originally from Iowa, Eric Sudol holds degrees in economics and business from Cornell College along with an MBA and Master of Sports Administration from Ohio University. He has been recognized on both Dallas Business Journal's '40 Under 40' list in 2015 and Sports Business Journal's '40 Under 40' list in 2019.
