The Carolina Panthers will face the Dallas Cowboys without several key players, including return specialist Raheem Blackshear. Blackshear was ruled out due to a chest injury sustained in last week's game against Philadelphia. In his absence, Deven Thompkins is expected to handle return duties.

Additionally, rookie linebacker Trevin Wallace will not play due to a shoulder injury. Claudin Cherelus is set to start alongside Josey Jewell at inside linebacker. Other Panthers inactive for today's game include safety Nick Scott, cornerbacks Shemar Bartholomew and Akayleb Evans, offensive lineman Jarrett Kingston, and defensive tackle Sam Roberts.

Despite being listed as questionable earlier in the week with a groin issue, cornerback Jaycee Horn is active for the game. To bolster their lineup, the Panthers have elevated running back Mike Boone and linebacker Jacoby Windmon from the practice squad. Boone will serve as the backup running back following Jonathon Brooks' placement on injured reserve last week.

The Cowboys will also have several inactive players: cornerback Trevon Diggs, safety Juanyeh Thomas, running back Deuce Vaughn, center Cooper Beebe, wide receiver Ryan Flournoy, and defensive end Tyrus Wheat.
