On Sunday, Feb. 16, former Providence High School standout Tommy Walker’s current college team, the Appalachian State Mountaineers, won 14-9 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Queens Royals.

The game took place at Jim and Bettie Smith Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Royals this season.

The Mountaineers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 16 at 4:15 p.m. at Jim and Bettie Smith Stadium against Queens Royals.
