'The First Amendment is not under a stay-home order,' says Rep. Bishop supporting #ReopenNC protests

U.S. Rep. Dan Bishop (R-North Carolina) stood before a crowd of approximately 1,000 #ReopenNC protestors in downtown Raleigh with a bottle of hand sanitizer in one hand and a copy of the U.S. Constitution in the other, and told the crowd, "I knew I had to come here... to remind the governor that our rights don’t exist by his benevolence,” according to the Charlotte Observer.
