Town of Harrisburg recently issued the following announcement.
Harrisburg's Christmas Tree Lighting
Friday, December 4, 2020
The Official Lighting of the Town's tree will be Virtual this year! Join us on Friday, December 4, 2020 for our TWO PART Virtual Christmas Tree Lighting Event!
Part 1 (Virtual): Tune in LIVE on Facebook and Instagram at 7:30PM for our Official Lighting of the Town's Tree.

Part 2 (In-Person): Watch our fireworks show from the warmth and safety of your own vehicle. Fireworks will immediately follow our Christmas Tree Lighting and will shoot from Harrisburg Park. Please note: there will be NO PARKING in Harrisburg Park. Designated spots will be marked in the grassy lots off ZMAX Blvd. Town staff will be placed in the lots to ensure cars are spaced enough where social distancing will be enforced. Parking is first-come, first-served, and will open at 6:00PM. The fireworks show WILL NOT be live streamed on Facebook or Instagram.
