City of Charlotte issued the following announcement on Nov. 24.
A reference guide that provides a summary of the first draft of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) is now available.
This reference guide will walk you through the UDO and help you understand where to find information on a specific topic or zoning district. It also provides a summary of some of the new regulatory concepts for the city, including residential overlays, parking tiers, tree preservation, and transportation improvements. The city will also host a series of virtual meetings to collect community feedback and questions. Charlotte Planning, Design & Development Department.
