University of North Carolina-Charlotte Athletics issued the following announcement on Jan. 16.
Due to Winter Storm Izzy impacting the Charlotte region and wreaking havoc on travel, Monday's second attempt for Charlotte women's basketball to host FIU has been postponed. Monday will be the second postponement between the two schools this season who were originally scheduled to play on New Year's Day.
Both schools will work with the Conference USA office on a rescheduled date/time.
Charlotte will return home on Thursday to host North Texas at 6:00 p.m. before Rice makes a visit on Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
