Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department hosted the inaugural Hornet’s Nest Games, an all-female CrossFit competition at the Police & Fire Training Academy. Today’s competition directly aligns with our 30x30 initiative, a national pledge for law enforcement agencies to increase the number of women in their ranks to 30% representation by the year 2030.
