The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department would like to thank, Jack Sheehan with Assist M.E. for a recent wheelchair donation to help a local Veteran! Recently, CMPD’s CRCPT (Community Policing Response Team) and Charlotte-Mecklenburg District Attorney's Office Court Services Unit had a witness that needed a wheelchair due to health ailments. Mr. Sheehan and Assist M.E. stepped in and donated the wheelchair, free of charge. Thank you, Mr. Sheehan, for your generosity to help give the gift of mobility to our local veteran!
