Another year, another successful #SecretSanta program. On Wednesday, #CMPD officers teamed up with anonymous "elves" who carried on the legacy of Larry Stewart by passing out $100 bills to hard-working Charlotte residents and residents in need.
All that is asked in return is that the recipients pay forward the kindness - not with money - but with any act of kindness this holiday season.
