Congratulations to Airport K9 Niels! Today is his retirement day! Niels is an 8-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer who has spent a long career (in dog years) detecting explosives. He has been in service at Charlotte Douglas since July 2016. We wish him long walks and many belly rubs in retirement.
