The Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC are both celebrating victories this week, with the Panthers gearing up for their upcoming game against the New York Giants in Munich, Germany. Despite their recent win over the New Orleans Saints, head coach Dave Canales has yet to announce a starting quarterback for the upcoming match.

Andy Dalton is recovering from a thumb sprain while Bryce Young recently led the team to victory. Canales explained that part of the delay in naming a starter is strategic, as it prevents opponents from preparing for a specific player too early. "It's both, it's all of it," Canales said regarding the decision-making process. "There's no competitive advantage to making that decision."

Dalton had previously been chosen as the starter after Week 3 but was sidelined due to his injury following a car accident. Meanwhile, Young's performance against the Saints is being closely considered by Canales.

Injury updates show that rookie running back Jonathon Brooks may return soon as he nears the end of his recovery window. The Panthers are also monitoring receiver Adam Thielen's progress from a hamstring injury and other players who sustained minor injuries during Sunday's game.

Brady Christensen’s flexibility on the offensive line remains crucial as he awaits his assignment for the Giants matchup, potentially facing either Dexter Lawrence or Brian Burns depending on teammate Ikem Ekwonu's status.

As celebrations continue off-field, Xavier Legette’s touchdown celebration has gained popularity among teammates, including Brady Christensen who expressed interest in joining future celebrations.
