The NFL has disclosed the timeline for its teams' offseason workout programs for 2025. According to the announcement, the Carolina Panthers are scheduled to start their program on April 21 with activities continuing until June 12.

The NFL offseason is structured in three distinct phases. The initial phase, spanning the first two weeks, is confined to meetings, strength and conditioning, and physical rehabilitation.

The subsequent phase, extending over three weeks, allows for on-field workouts which include both individual and group instructions. Drills dubbed "perfect play drills" will see players from the offense lining up against each other, and similarly for the defense, in a walk-through format. This phase excludes any live contact and team offensive or defensive drills.

As for Phase Three, it encompasses the following four weeks. In this period, teams are authorized to conduct 10 days of organized team practice activity, known as OTAs. Although live contact remains prohibited, teams can engage in 7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 drills.

Moreover, every team has the option to organize a seven-week rookie football development program. This can commence on May 12, 2025, while restricting activities on weekends except for a particular post-draft rookie minicamp. Details regarding the minicamp's schedule are expected to be disseminated after the draft.

The Panthers, under a returning head coach for the first time since 2022, will follow these stipulated schedules, starting their offseason program later than teams with new head coaches who may begin earlier in April.
