Bryce Young is poised for growth with the continuity surrounding him in the Carolina Panthers' offense. Despite being content with the consistency in the team's offensive lineup and coaching staff, Young emphasizes maintaining his diligent approach.

Young shared his thoughts during a youth camp, highlighting the advantage of having the same offensive line, receivers, and coaching staff. "It's a privilege for sure," Young stated, acknowledging the stability. He noted, "We know that there's work to be done, and just knowing the work that's necessary to put in, we are excited about that part too."

The Panthers' consistency extends beyond Young as they enter the new season with the same quarterback, coach, and general manager for the first time since 2019. The offense remains largely unchanged, with the starting offensive line returning intact and veterans like Adam Thielen and David Moore mentoring younger players like Xavier Legette and Jalen Coker. Additionally, the team has upgraded their running game, signing a 1,000-yard rusher in Rico Dowdle to partner with Chuba Hubbard.

Young is ready to build on the progress shown in the latter half of the last season. After returning to the starting lineup in Week 8, Young improved significantly, completing 197-of-319 passes for 2,104 yards, throwing 15 touchdowns, and achieving a passer rating of 88.9. However, Young insists that "it all resets year by year," emphasizing the need for continuous development.

Panthers head coach Dave Canales attributes the team's second-half improvement to consistent effort. "I think it's first-half Panthers, second-half Panthers," Canales observed, describing how Young's eagerness to prove himself aligned with the team's growing comfort with their roles. Canales remains optimistic about Young's future, citing examples from his past experiences with other quarterbacks like Russell Wilson and Geno Smith who continuously developed their skills.

The coach emphasized that growth must remain a priority. "I think that's got to be the approach, growth and development," Canales explained. He encouraged quarterbacks like Young to focus on improving accuracy, footwork, and other aspects of their game.

Young understands the importance of staying grounded as he returns to lead the Panthers. "I think it's just the importance of continuing to take that next step in growing the continuity," Young noted, underlining the need for the team to take ownership of their roles.
