ORLANDO — Robert Hunt, the Carolina Panthers offensive lineman, experienced a memorable day at Magic Kingdom as fans recognized him and requested photos. Despite not having won a Super Bowl, Hunt's recent Pro Bowl selection marked a significant achievement in his NFL career.
Alongside Hunt, cornerback Jaycee Horn also represents the Panthers at the Pro Bowl. Horn expressed satisfaction with his first Pro Bowl selection after overcoming injuries early in his career. "Obviously, just dealing with injuries for my first couple of years was tough going," Horn stated before the NFC's practice session. He added that being named to the Pro Bowl was a primary goal since entering the league.
Horn will participate in Sunday's flag football game, while Hunt will engage in the Tug-O-War competition. During Thursday night's skills competition, both players took part in Dodgeball. Horn humorously recounted advising Hunt against an aggressive strategy during the game: "His first strategy was to run up and get the ball, and I said, bro, don't do that."
This weekend marks an important moment for both players as they represent their team at the Pro Bowl for the first time since 2022. The event offers them an opportunity to reflect on their achievements this season and look forward to future successes.
Fans can watch Jaycee Horn and Robert Hunt compete in the 2025 Pro Bowl games on ESPN on Sunday, February 2nd at 3 pm EST.
